Graduate studies include a Master’s in Management & Leadership, the STEM-classified Master’s in Information Technology Management, and an MBA with several concentration options. The two doctoral degrees are a Doctorate of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Management with specializations in Accounting, Leadership/Management, and Cyber Technology.
Online MBA Requirements
Online MBA students receive a faith-based, quality, affordable education in a convenient format to complete whenever and wherever is needed. The 36-credit hour program requires nine core courses with an additional nine credit hours of electives. There are 20 electives to choose from, or students can select one of ten concentrations to fill the elective requirement. Each course is eight weeks long, and the program takes about two years to complete.
Courses
Required courses include Marketing Management, Organizational Theory, Business Ethics, Business Strategy, Managerial Accounting, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Managerial Finance, and Managerial Economics.
Optional concentrations are Church Management, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, Financial Planning, Human Resource Management, and International Business. If one doesn’t choose a concentration, they will elect nine credit hours of electives from courses like Healthcare Marketing, Human Behavior in Organizations, Compensation & Benefits, Managing Global Companies, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, and Business & Economic Forecasting.
Application Requirements
To apply for Campbellsville University’s online MBA program, students need first to fill out the online application. If you have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or greater, you are not required to submit GMAT or GRE scores. If your GPA is lower, you can still apply for the program, but you are strongly encouraged to complete the GMAT or GRE. Other required submissions include three reference letters, a resume, an essay with a statement of professional goals, and official transcripts.
