Online MBA students receive an affordable and quality degree designed for those who received either a business or non-business undergraduate degree. It is self-paced, offering a combination of synchronous and asynchronous courses, which means a mix of interactive evening online classes and recorded coursework accessible at any time. The 30-credit hour courses include Quantitative Information for Business Decisions, Marketing Management, Managerial Decision Making & Negotiation, Financial Management, Introduction to Business Analytics, Business Policy & Strategy, and the Capstone course in Applied Business Solutions. The three required electives can be traditional MBA electives or completed by selecting an area of emphasis in Economics, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Informatics, or Operations Management. For the non-business majors, the extra 18 credits come from courses in Applied Economics, Marketing, Finance, Financial Reporting & Managerial Accounting, Operations Management, and Human Behavior in Organizations.
