Business School
“Become the future of business and create positive change” at the AACSB-accredited Broad College of Business. Broad has prepared leaders who positively impact organizations and society with its rich history. There are six departments within the CoB, where students choose from a plethora of programs, including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees, graduate certificates, and executive education programs.
Programs
Undergraduate students can major in Hospitality Business, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, Management, or Supply Chain Management. Business and non-business majors can elect to minor in one of 11 options offered by the CoB, ranging from Environmental & Sustainability Studies and Real Estate to Retail Management and Sales Leadership.
Graduate students have ten degrees to choose from, including a Full-time MBA, Executive MBA, or Master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, Marketing Research, Supply Chain Management, Financial Planning & Wealth Management, Business Data Science & Analytics, or Management, Strategy, & Leadership. Doctoral students pursue a Ph.D. in Information Technology Management, Accounting, Finance, Management, Logistics, Marketing, or Operations & Sourcing Management.

Online MBA Requirements
The Executive MBA Flex is Broad’s online MBA in a hybrid format. Students attend in-person classes one weekend per month and complete the rest of the coursework online. There is a required week-long residency in September. This degree provides a high-caliber network, convenient schedule, outstanding return on investment, and team-based learning. The 45 credits required include 30 courses, mostly 1.5 credits each, and can be completed in 20 months.

Fifteen of the 30 required core courses include Managerial Skills, Leadership Development, Financial Accounting Concepts, Information Systems, Financial Statement Analysis, Macroeconomics, Entrepreneurship, Managerial Finance, Negotiation, Customer & Competitor Analysis, Strategic Management, International Strategies, The Global Marketplace, Ethics in the Workplace, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Application Requirements
Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, three or more years of professional work experience, three letters of recommendation, a personal statement, and official transcripts. Applicants undergo a holistic process, where their comprehensive experience, aspirations, and ability will be closely reviewed, with no GMAT requirement. They will also participate in a personal interview.
