For over 150 years, Oregon State University has offered an “education that transforms lives.” Although its home is in Corvallis, OSU also has a campus in Bend and extension programs in all 36 counties in Oregon. This international public research university is the state’s largest and best research university and is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges & Universities. Each year, over 34,000 students experience over 300 undergraduate and graduate degree programs, including an online MBA, throughout 11 academic colleges.
Business School
OSU’s AACSB-accredited College of Business began its journey in 1908. It now offers 28 business degree programs and has accumulated over 35,000 alumni. Along with traditional classroom settings, the CoB has flexible learning formats in Corvallis, Portland, and Bend and fully online degree options. Students learn to adapt to challenges, embrace innovation, and utilize problem-solving tools. They also gain leadership, professional development, and financial literacy through a 12-course “education-to-career” series called The Blueprint Model.

Undergraduate majors include Apparel Design, Business Analytics, Design & Innovation Management, Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Innovation Management, Management, and Merchandising Management. There are also several options, or specialized areas of study, attached to some of the majors. A few examples of these options include International Business, Retail Management, Digital Marketing, and Family Business.
Graduate programs include an MBA, a STEM-designated Master’s in Business, and Graduate Certificates, all offered in-person in Corvallis, in a hybrid format in Portland, and entirely online. The Master’s in Business offers specialized tracks in Finance, Marketing Insights & Analytics, Financial Analytics, and Supply Chain Analytics. Graduate Certificates are in Business Fundamentals, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

Online MBA Requirements
Online MBA students have two options. They can take this degree fully online or participate in the hybrid format blending in-person classes in Portland and online coursework. All four MBA tracks are offered online: Marketing, Business Analytics, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, and Organizational Leadership. The degree requires 60 credits consisting of Core-1 and Core-2 courses and 18 credits filled by a chosen track.
Courses
Core-1 courses are Operations Management, Creating Value in Exchange, Business Legal Environment, Managerial Decision Tools, and Markets & Valuation. Core-2 courses include Corporate Finance, Practical Business Analysis, Advanced Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Financial & Cost Analysis, Organization Leadership & Management, Supply Chain Management, Advanced Information Systems, and Managing Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility.

Applicants must be ready to be reviewed for prior academic accomplishments, behavior, academic goals, and background. You must have completed a bachelor’s or professional degree.
