Business School

Established in 1969, the AACSB-accredited Graziadio Business School develops innovative and robust business leaders who value integrity and “drive meaningful and positive change.” Students choose from nationally-ranked degree programs with full-time and part-time options. There are several online programs and opportunities across five graduate campuses throughout California.

Programs

The undergraduate programs are a Bachelor of Science in Management degree completion and a BSM/MBA joint degree program. Most of the programs are graduate-level programs. These include a Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, Executive MBA, Presidents & Key Executives MBA, and an Executive Doctor of Business Administration. Also, graduates can pursue a specialized Master’s in Business, Applied Finance, Organization Development, Business Analytics, Global Business, or Real Estate.

Online degree programs include an MBA, Hybrid Part-time MBA, and Master’s in Business Analytics, Human Resources, and Management & Leadership. The Bachelor’s in Management degree completion can also be completed online.

Online MBA Requirements

Online MBA students are “empowered to drive meaningful change.” They experience an applied, relational, experiential, and learner-focused program taught by distinguished faculty, combining technology, strategy, and valued-driven leadership. The degree takes 52 units, with 15 total courses, including core and elective courses, plus a weekend immersion in Los Angeles. Students can complete this degree in just 24 months.

Courses

Core courses are Behavior in Organizations, Prices, Profit & the Market Economy, Information & Process Systems, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Accounting Information & Control Systems, Quantitative Analysis for Business Operations, Financial Management of the Firm, Integration in Business Operations, and Political, Regulatory, Ethical & Legal Issues of Business. Five elective courses are filled by a chosen concentration in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Leadership & Managing Organizational Change, Digital Innovation & Information Systems, Global Business, Entrepreneurship, or a General track.

Application Requirements

Applicants’ academic backgrounds and life experiences will be evaluated. You must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and two or more years of professional experience. Required submissions include an online application, an app fee, a resume, official transcripts, a statement of purpose, and a letter of recommendation. GMAT/GRE scores are optional.
