Online MBA Requirements
Online MBA students could earn an affordable, comprehensive, well-rounded, innovative, real-world applicable degree rooted in ethical leadership in just two years. Students gain a powerful network, a faculty of innovators, and next-level earning potential. The online curriculum is asynchronous and completed on your own time. The online MBA requires 70 units, consisting of core courses, a compilation of electives in a chosen concentration or free electives, and two on-campus residencies.

Core courses include Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Leading People & Organizations, Challenges in Leading & Managing Strategic Change, Marketing is Everything, Business Analytics, and Analytical Decision Making. Also, Operations Management, Managerial Economics, Business Communications, Strategy, Ethics for Managers, Doing Business in Silicon Valley, Quantitative Methods, and Analysis, Design & Management of Enterprise Platforms.
The four online concentration options are Marketing, Leading Innovative Organizations, Data Science & Business Analytics, and Finance. There are also two on-campus MBA concentrations in Food Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation.
Application Requirements
One requirement of each applicant is three or more years of work experience. Submissions include three short business essays, an interview, an application fee, and two letters of recommendation.
