Online MBA Requirements
Cox’s Online MBA is a part-time, 52-credit-hour program with 90-minute live virtual class sessions once a week. It takes about 27 months to complete and requires two four-day global and domestic immersion experiences. The interactive, engaging, and rigorous coursework is built upon the foundational pillars of analytics, leadership, and experiential learning. It offers world-class faculty, an exceptional reputation, on-campus access, and a career coach and requires some work experience, a minimum of three to five years.
The required courses in the first four terms include Data Analysis I, Managing & Leading People, Financial Accounting, Micro/Macro Economics, Legal Environment of Business, Fundamentals of Finance, Fundamentals of Marketing, Strategic Management, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Cost Analysis. The last three terms include courses in Data Analytics II, Applied Corporate Finance, Global Supply Chain, Executive Leadership, Master Negotiation, Global Business Strategy, Merger & Acquisitions, and Complex Problem Solving.
