Preparing students to be career-ready and globally competitive in various fields of study, Troy University offers over 170 undergraduate majors and minors, and over 110 graduate degree options online, on-campus, or both, including an Online MBA. Undergraduate studies include a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Global Business, STEM-designated Data Analytics, Economics with an optional concentration in Financial Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sport & Tourism Management with concentrations in Sport Management, Hospitality Management, and Tourism Management. The Global Business degree offers eight concentrations.
Graduate students choose from several degree options. The Master’s in Economics and Sport Management degrees offer thesis and non-thesis options. On-campus Master’s degrees are in Accountancy, Human Resource Management, and Management with concentrations in Project Management, Leadership, and Talent Development. Online degrees include a Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Management with its concentrations.

Online MBA Requirements
Online MBA students receive a firm foundation to achieve success in the global business world. Course instruction is focused on deepening knowledge of important concepts and their practical application. The 31 semester hours include 22 hours of required core courses and nine hours of electives. This degree can be completed 100% online in just one year, with the flexibility to attend evening classes in person. Those without an undergraduate degree in business must complete an additional 12 hours of foundation courses.
Foundation courses include Principles of Accounting I, Financial Management I, Principles of Microeconomics or Macroeconomics, and Business Statistics I. Required core courses are Business Strategy, Data Analysis for Global Managers, Global Strategic Marketing, Financial & Managerial Accounting for the Global Manager, Global Financial Management, Managerial Economics for the Global Manager, Ethical Leadership & Management in a Global Economy, and a Capstone Experience.
The online MBA has four areas of concentration, including General Management, International Finance, International Information Systems & Data Analytics, and International Management.
Applicants must complete an online application, submit transcripts, and offer a letter of recommendation. Currently, GMAT/GRE scores are waived for incoming online MBA students.
