Programs

Undergraduates choose between a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, or Industrial Management. The BBA offers specializations in Business Economics, Finance, Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, International Business, and Operations Management.

Graduate degrees include a Full-time, Part-time, or Online MBA and a Master’s in Applied Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Taxation, Accounting, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or Marketing. Other than the Online MBA, there is also Online Master’s in Health Administration, Health Informatics, Marketing, Finance, and Taxation. Doctoral students pursue a Ph.D. in Business Administration in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, or Operations, Business Analytics, & Information Systems.

Online MBA Requirements

Offering the utmost convenience, Lindner’s Online MBA can be completed entirely online in just one year. There is the option to attend some in-person classes, if you desire, at the Uptown Campus. Of the 35-48 credit hours required, ten hours of Business Foundations can be waived. Twelve hours of electives allow students to customize the MBA program or pursue a certificate/concentration in Health Care Finance, Health Care Policy & Regulation, Health Care Administration, Health Care Operations, Corporate Taxation, Individual Taxation, or Marketing.

Courses

Core courses include Accounting for Managerial Decisions, Corporate Legal & Social Responsibility, Decision Models, Managerial Economics, Financial Management, Information & Technology Management, Strategic Management, Leadership & Organizations, Marketing for Managers, Management of Operations, Managing Across Cultures, and a Capstone course. A few of the 12 electives are Buyer Behavior, Innovation Tools, Marketing Ethics, and Managing Organizational Change.

Application Requirements

Anyone with an accredited undergraduate degree can apply but should have at least a B grade average. The Admission Committee looks for strong leadership and communication skills and professional achievement. There is currently no GMAT requirement and a waived application fee. Applicants must submit a goal statement, an online application, a current resume, two letters of recommendation, and unofficial school transcripts.
